1.1 These Terms govern your use of the phwim website (phwim.co), mobile browser platform, and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, Bingo, Teen Patti, Fortune Snake, and slot games (collectively, "phwim Services").
1.2 By accessing phwim or any phwim Service, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of phwim following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a phwim account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

2.3 phwim reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player may hold only one registered phwim account. Creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. phwim is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwim login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. phwim staff will never ask you for your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phwim account, whether or not authorized by you.
3.4 Suspicious Activity. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your phwim account or any security breach, you must notify phwim support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. phwim will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to promptly notify us.
3.5 Minors. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing phwim through your account, including maintaining the security of your login credentials on any shared device.
4.1 phwim is required under applicable PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide:

4.4 Withdrawal Hold. All withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. This is a one-time requirement; once verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without repeat verification unless phwim determines that re-verification is necessary.
4.5 phwim reserves the right to request additional documentation or enhanced due diligence measures for any account at any time, particularly where unusual transaction patterns, high withdrawal volumes, or other AML indicators are detected.
5.1 phwim accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, Coins.ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. The minimum for USDT TRC20 deposits is equivalent to USD 5 at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash, Maya, and QR Ph deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via Instapay may take 1 to 5 minutes. Longer processing times may occur during high-volume periods or scheduled payment system maintenance.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phwim does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of another player. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment accounts may be returned and the associated account flagged for review.
5.5 phwim does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees. phwim is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5.6 Currency. All phwim wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. phwim does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. KYC verification (Section 4) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Minimum USDT TRC20 withdrawals are equivalent to USD 5.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within 2 business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals requested outside regular business hours or during system maintenance may experience delays.
6.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. phwim's default policy is to return funds to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, phwim may process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method at its discretion.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. phwim applies daily and monthly withdrawal limits that vary by account tier and verification level. Players with enhanced KYC status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits at phwim's discretion.
6.6 phwim reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or decline a withdrawal where fraud, AML concerns, or Terms violations are suspected. In such cases, phwim will notify the account holder of the hold and the steps required to resolve it.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering (rollover) requirement has been satisfied. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms at the time of offer.
7.2 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are specified in the applicable bonus terms. Live casino games, sports bets with low odds, and certain specialty games may carry reduced or zero contribution.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
7.4 Abuse and Exploitation. phwim reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if phwim determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing equal or opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting promotional structures.
7.5 phwim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.
8.1 Binding Nature of Bets. All bets placed on phwim are final and binding once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections, stake amounts, and bet slip details before submitting any wager. phwim is not responsible for user-initiated errors in bet placement.
8.2 Insufficient Funds. Bets can only be placed using available real-money or eligible bonus balance in your phwim wallet. phwim will not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
8.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting at phwim is subject to separate Sportsbook Rules that govern settlement, void bets, postponed events, and live betting conditions. These rules are available within the phwim sportsbook interface. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a sports betting matter, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail.
8.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that materially affects game outcome, phwim reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return the corresponding stakes to players' wallets. phwim is not liable for losses attributable to malfunction of a player's device, internet connection, or browser.
8.5 Unusual Markets. phwim reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict certain markets, or void bets where irregularities, match manipulation, or other integrity concerns are identified.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phwim:
9.2 phwim actively employs fraud detection technology and cooperates with payment processors, PAGCOR, and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to the outstanding balance in the affected account.

11.1 All content on the phwim platform — including but not limited to the phwim name, logo, graphic designs, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of phwim or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phwim solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phwim content.
11.3 Unauthorized use of phwim intellectual property — including reproducing the phwim name, logo, or game content on third-party platforms without express written authorization — constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwim's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of phwim Services shall not exceed the amount of verified real-money funds held in that player's phwim account at the time the liability arises.
12.2 phwim shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or economic loss, even where phwim has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 phwim does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted; (b) game results will meet your expectations; (c) the platform will be available at all times. phwim provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 phwim is not responsible for losses caused by: your failure to comply with these Terms; third-party payment processing delays or failures; internet connectivity issues on your end; or force majeure events beyond phwim's reasonable control.
13.1 phwim collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 phwim processes personal data under the applicable provisions of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
13.3 phwim will not sell your personal data to third parties. Player data may be shared with: payment processors for transaction verification; PAGCOR and relevant Philippine regulatory bodies as required by law; KYC verification service providers; and fraud prevention partners.
14.1 phwim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if phwim determines, at its reasonable discretion, that:

Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and applicable withdrawal processing.
14.3 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed Terms violation or fraud investigation, phwim reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Continued use of phwim Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may close your phwim account prior to the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of phwim Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 phwim operates under the applicable PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory framework for online gaming. Any dispute relating to PAGCOR-regulated activities may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
16.3 For disputes not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, specifically those with jurisdiction over the registered business location of phwim.
16.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
